1 and 2 Thessalonians
The Apostle Paul’s letters to the Thessalonians reveals his understanding that the Christian life is a marathon, not a sprint. The Thessalonian believers had started strong. They had endured where others had stumbled. They had thrived during stretches of trials and suffering. Yet a single misunderstanding of Scripture, prompted by false teachers, had slowed their progress to a halt. Their experience serves as a warning to all of us who run the race God has set before us. We must keep our eyes fixed on the truth of His Word. We must know for ourselves what it says and doesn’t say so that no one can lead us astray. Book is available on Amazon for $8.49 + tax.
